Note: Gary Phillips described this book as an architectural mystery, so the text was printed on graph paper. The front cover illustration is of a blueprint being torn apart. The title page was hand colored by the publisher. Finally, and most importantly, Gary Phillips was the second African American mystery writer to have a limited edition. The first was Chester Himes.
